2. Delivery Timeframes
Inner-City Đà Nẵng
- Order before 5:00 PM: Same-day delivery — typically within 2–5 hours.
- Order after 5:00 PM: Next morning delivery (before 12:00 PM).
- Covered districts: Hải Châu, Thanh Khê, Sơn Trà, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Liên Chiểu, Cẩm Lệ.
Hội An & Surrounding Areas
- Order before 3:00 PM: Same-day delivery.
- Order after 3:00 PM: Next morning delivery.
Huế & Central Vietnam
- Huế city center: 1 day.
- Quảng Nam, Quảng Ngãi, Quảng Bình, Quảng Trị: 1–2 days.
Nationwide
- HCMC, Hanoi & major cities: 2–3 days via express courier.

- Nationwide: Trusted courier partners (GHTK, Viettel Post, VNPost) — tracking code provided, discreet packaging.
5. Packaging & Privacy
- Discreet packaging: All orders ship in plain boxes or opaque bags — no product names or logos on the outside.
- Product protection: Cans are wrapped with shock-absorbing material to prevent denting during transit.
- Recipient info: Package labels show only your name + phone number + address — no product details visible.
6. Order Tracking
After placing your order, you'll receive a tracking code via Zalo or SMS. You can check your order status anytime by:

7. Delayed Deliveries
