Payment Policy — Snus Đà Nẵng

1. Payment Methods

Snus Đà Nẵng supports two main payment methods to suit your needs:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Pay in cash to the courier after inspecting your products. Most popular with retail customers.
  • Bank transfer: Prepay via bank transfer. Ideal for wholesale clients, returning customers, or high-value orders.

2. COD — Cash on Delivery

2.1. How It Works

  1. Place your order on our website or via Zalo OA.
  2. Receive order confirmation from Snus Đà Nẵng.
  3. A courier delivers to your address.
  4. Inspect your products — verify quantity, brand, flavor, and seal condition.
  5. Pay cash to the courier once satisfied.

2.2. Service Areas

  • Inner-city Đà Nẵng: COD available across all districts — Hải Châu, Thanh Khê, Sơn Trà, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Liên Chiểu, Cẩm Lệ.
  • Hội An & nearby: COD available in Hội An town center and Điện Bàn.
  • Nationwide: COD via courier partners (GHTK, Viettel Post).

2.3. COD Limits

  • Orders under 3,000,000₫: Standard COD.
  • Orders of 3,000,000₫ and above: 30% deposit via bank transfer required, remainder COD.

3. Bank Transfer

3.1. Account Details

Our bank account details will be provided when you select bank transfer at checkout, or message our Zalo OA for the details.

3.2. Process

  1. Place your order and select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method.
  2. Receive account details + total amount due via Zalo or email.
  3. Transfer the exact amount with the reference as instructed (typically your order ID or phone number).
  4. Send a screenshot or confirmation of the transfer via Zalo OA.
  5. We confirm receipt (usually within 5–30 minutes for same-bank transfers, 1–2 hours for inter-bank).
  6. Your order is packed and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

3.3. Transfer Reference

Please include your order ID or phone number in the transfer reference so we can match your payment quickly. Example: "DH12345" or "090xxxxxxx".

4. Transaction Security

  • Snus Đà Nẵng will never ask for your bank OTP, banking password, or credit card CVV.
  • All bank transfers happen directly between you and your bank. We have no access to your bank account.
  • Our website uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS) to encrypt all data transmitted over the Internet.
  • We do not store credit card or bank account details.

5. Invoices & Confirmations

  • E-invoice: Sent via Zalo or email once your order is complete.
  • Payment confirmation: For bank transfers, you receive confirmation via Zalo as soon as funds arrive.
  • VAT invoice: Available for wholesale and business customers — please request when placing your order.

6. Deposit Policy (Wholesale & Large Orders)

  • Wholesale orders (≥50 cans): 30% deposit via bank transfer. Remaining 70% via COD or final bank transfer before shipping.
  • Special orders (custom/procured items): 50% deposit. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after procurement begins.
  • Deposit receipts are provided via Zalo or email.

7. Refunds

For returns or cancellations of paid orders:

  • Refund timeline: Within 24 business hours (Mon–Sat) after your request is approved.
  • Refund method: Bank transfer to the account you provide.
  • Refund fees: Snus Đà Nẵng covers all transaction fees — you receive the full amount paid.

8. Important Notes

  • Inspect your order carefully before paying for COD deliveries — returns after payment are still supported but take longer.
  • Keep your transfer receipt and order confirmation until you've received your items.
  • Contact us immediately via Zalo OA for any payment-related issues — we're available 8am–9pm ICT, Mon–Sun.
