Product Warranty Policy — Snus Đà Nẵng

1. Quality Commitment

Snus Đà Nẵng is committed to distributing 100% authentic products — every item comes with a visible lot code, production date, and authenticity verification where applicable. We do not sell grey-market imports, products of unknown origin, or expired goods.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects: Torn, unsealed, or abnormally dry pouches upon first opening the can.
  • Wrong product delivered: Incorrect brand, flavor, strength, or quantity compared to your confirmed order.
  • Expired product: The best-before date has passed at the time of delivery.

3. Warranty Period

  • At delivery (COD orders): Inspect items when the courier arrives. If you spot an issue, refuse delivery — no charge to you.
  • After delivery: 24 hours from receipt to report issues. Please send photos/videos of the defective product to our Zalo OA for fastest processing.

4. Warranty Process

  1. Step 1: Take clear photos/videos of the defective product including the lot code (on the bottom of the can).
  2. Step 2: Send them via Zalo OA (Snus Đà Nẵng) or email — include your order ID.
  3. Step 3: We review and confirm within 2 business hours.
  4. Step 4: Choose between a free replacement or a full refund — it's your call.

5. What's Not Covered

  • Opened cans where more than 50% of pouches have been used (unless there is a clear manufacturing defect).
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery (high heat, prolonged humidity).
  • Flavor preference — taste is subjective and not considered a product defect.
  • Products purchased from sources other than Snus Đà Nẵng.

6. Warranty Costs

Snus Đà Nẵng covers 100% of all costs for replacements or returns due to manufacturing defects or order errors. You will not pay a single đồng extra.
