Returns & Refund Policy — Snus Đà Nẵng
1. Your Rights
At Snus Đà Nẵng, we respect your consumer rights. You have the right to inspect products before paying (COD orders) and to request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Products qualify for return or exchange when:
- Wrong item delivered: Incorrect brand, flavor, strength, or quantity versus your confirmed order.
- Defective product: Severely dented can, broken seal, or dry/damaged pouches upon first opening.
- Expired product: The best-before date has passed at the time of delivery.
- Missing items: Fewer units delivered than ordered and paid for.
3. Return Window
- At delivery (COD): Inspect your order while the courier is present. If there's an issue, reject the parcel and notify us immediately — no cost to you.
- After delivery: Within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send photos/videos + your order ID via Zalo OA.
4. Return Process
- Contact Snus Đà Nẵng via Zalo OA — provide your order ID, describe the issue, and attach photos/videos.
- We confirm your request within 2 business hours (8am–5pm ICT, Mon–Sat).
- Once confirmed, choose: replacement (free shipping) or refund (bank transfer within 24h).
- For COD orders already paid: refund is issued via bank transfer within 24 business hours.
5. Refund Method
- Bank transfer: Funds are transferred to the account you provide within 24 business hours after your return is confirmed.
- Unpaid COD: A replacement order is dispatched with free shipping — you only pay upon receiving the correct products.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
- Disliking a flavor after trying it — taste is subjective, not a product fault.
- Opened cans where more than 50% of pouches have been used (barring manufacturing defects).
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
- Return requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Products purchased from other sources.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Snus Đà Nẵng covers 100% of shipping costs for all returns and exchanges caused by our error. You never pay extra fees.
